3. Shipping Process & Policies (Ecuador & United States)
We deliver locally within Ecuador and ship internationally to the United States under the following step-by-step procedure:
- Initial Product Payment: The buyer completes the payment for the product through the online store.
- Shipping Form & WhatsApp Direct Contact: Upon completing payment, the buyer fills out a shipping form that directly opens our official WhatsApp Business line.
- Separate Shipping Quote: Shipping and logistics fees are not included in the website checkout price. Final shipping costs are calculated individually over WhatsApp Business based on total weight, dimensions, destination (Ecuador or US), and requested delivery speed/urgency.
- Logistics Payment & Dispatch: Shipping fees must be paid separately through authorized payment methods. Once full net payment for shipping is confirmed, the package will be dispatched.
